The aerosol industry in China has recovered from the global economic recession and has witnessed a positive growth since 2010. The global aerosol industry too has grown steadily in the past couple of years. The global output volume of aerosol products was 14.4 billion cans in 2012 and it is estimated that by the end of 2017 the figure will rise to 16 billion cans. Currently, paint and insecticide aerosols are the top two products in China’s aerosol market. With rapid development in the economy and rise in disposable income the market for personal-care and household aerosols are also increasing in China. Globally, the demand for household aerosol products and personal-care aerosol products is the highest. In the coming years, the market for auto-care aerosols is also predicted to increase in China with change in lifestyle and development in national economy.
